Now, you can connect with a drone technician/expert via video or audio call to diagnose any technical issues with your drone. Our experts will carefully examine the problem but will not provide any solutions. Once they identify the issue, they'll inform you whether it can be resolved or not. If it can, the customer support team will provide you with all the details regarding the charges for resolving the problem.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Drone experts have more knowledge about drones, they know how to solve problems in the drone.
• If you want to talk about a drone problem with our drone expert, you have to book a slot first.
• And after that customer support will contact you and tell you the time of your slot.
• You can talk to our drone expert through Instagram Call only, customer support will contact you within 24 hours after you make payment and customer support will provide you Instagram ID.
• If you don’t have an Instagram ID then you have to create a NEW Instagram ID, Or you can also use your family or friend’s Instagram ID.
• If your call gets disconnected while you are talking to our drone expert and the problem comes from our side then, we will contact you again. Or if there is a problem from your side then your slot validity is over.
• Our drone experts give their precious time to you in the form of consult, they always think of your problem as their own problem.
• Consult comes under services that's why it is paid.
• There will be no refund for consultation.
• You have to contact our customer support in under 24 hours if you miss your slot other your slot validity will be over.
• Drone experts will connect with you only to check the problem; they will not provide any solution.
• Once you pay the charges and booked a slot, you have to connect with the drone expert within 24 to 48 hours or update us about when you will connect. If you do not connect within 24 to 48 hours and do not provide any update, your slot will expire, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Once you book a consultation and have your drone's problem checked by the expert, you will be informed if you need further consultation for the solution. You must consult for the solution within 24 to 48 hours or provide us with an update. If you do not consult for the solution within 24 to 48 hours, You must book another slot for your drone's problem to get checked again.
