Our experts will carefully analyze the problem and inform you whether it can be resolved or not. Once the issue is diagnosed, our customer support team will provide all the details regarding the charges for resolving the problem.

- To consult with our drone expert, you need to book a slot first.
- After booking, customer support will reach out within 24 hours with your scheduled slot details.
Ways to Connect with Our Drone Experts
- Instagram Call: You will be provided with the expert's Instagram ID after booking.
- Google Meet Option: Prefer something else? You can also choose to connect via Google Meet for a more flexible experience.
- If you don’t have an Instagram ID, you can create one or use a family member's or friend's account.
In Case of Call Disconnection:
- If the issue is from our side, we’ll reconnect and continue the session.
- If the issue is from your side, the slot will be considered complete.
Important Guidelines:
- Our experts are available only to diagnose the problem, not to provide immediate solutions.
- Once the issue is diagnosed, you will receive details on next steps and charges for the resolution.
Consultation Rules:
- You must connect with the expert within 24-48 hours after booking your slot.
- If you fail to connect or provide an update within this time, your slot will expire without any refund.
- After the diagnosis, you have 24-48 hours to consult for the solution. If this time passes without an update, you will need to book a new slot for diagnosis.
