• If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you need to pay three charges in advance: 1% of the product value, shipping charges, and cash handling charges (2.5% of the order value).
• 2.5% extra charges that you are paying at the time of cash on delivery are not kept by us, those charges are taken by the courier company as a handling fee.
• If the customer refuses to take the order then there will be no advance payment refund, the customer will be responsible for all the charges.
• After successful advance payment, the customer must pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery.
• Please note that no refund is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refund will be issued only in one case—if the ordered product is not available with us.
In all other COD cases, including cancellation by the customer, no refund will be provided, whether the order is shipped or not.
• Orders with payment completed before 12 noon will be shipped either on the same working day or within 24 hours/1 day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped within 24 hours/1 day.
• If your order contains a product that is not available in our stock, we will provide you with a reference product. You will need to confirm within 24 hours whether you want to take the reference product or not. If we do not receive your confirmation, the product will be removed from your order, and the remaining products will be sent. If you have placed a prepaid order, you will receive a refund for that product.
• If you have placed an order and it got returned to our place then your order will get cancelled and if you want it back then you have to place a new order.
• Once the tracking is updated, no changes can be made, as tracking is updated after the product has been shipped.
