Delivery Information

• We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day, 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
• We Ship orders through BLUEDART, if Bluedart facility is not available in your location then we ship through EKART, DELHIVERY, ECOM EXPRESS, XPRESSBEES etc.
• By using other courier facility other than Bluedart, there may be delay in delivery.
• We majorly provide air facility for the courier to reach you faster and more secure.
• You will get the product you ordered in 3 to 7 working days, you have to wait at least 12 working days to receive your order and if its been more than 12 working days, please contact us.
• We ship battery through surface because it is dangerous to ship it through air which will take 7 to 9 working days to reach you.
• The time quoted by HiTechxyz.in is best possible time, we are not responsible for delay in delivery, it will completely depend upon the courier service to deliver the parcels on time.
• We ship on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
• If your order is prepaid then we will ship it without any confirmation.
• In cash on delivery the order will be shipped when you make partial payment which includes cash on delivery charges and shipping charges which is not refundable (our customer support will call you for that).
• In case the product is out of stock then customer support will call you for the confirmation, in which you will get the option of reference product, refund or you can wait for the order till it comes in stock (this apply on cash on delivery and for prepaid).
• Available back order items will be shipped to you later if you have ordered more products and you can even take a reference product if there is a long delay.
• The product you have ordered on back order will not be refunded, you will have to wait or can take reference product.
• Order confirmed before 12 NOON will be dispatched and shipped on the same day(business days).
• Order confirmed after 12 NOON will be dispatched and shipped next day(business days)
• we will ship our products only in INDIA.
• If the package of your order is damaged or torn, please refuse to accept it and contact us.
