Delivery Information

• We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day, 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
• We Ship orders through BLUEDART, if the Bluedart facility is not available in your location then we ship through DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, SPEED POST etc.
• By using another courier facility other than Bluedart, there may be a delay in delivery.
• We majorly provide air facilities for the courier to reach you faster and more secure.
• You will get the product you ordered in 3 to 7 working days, you have to wait at least 12 working days to receive your order and if it's been more than 12 working days, please contact us.
• We ship batteries through the surface because it is dangerous to ship them through air which will take 7 to 9 working days to reach you.
• The time quoted by hitechxyz.in is the best possible time, we are not responsible for delay in delivery, it will completely depend upon the courier service to deliver the parcels on time.
• We ship on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
• If your order is prepaid then we will ship it without any confirmation.
• In cash on delivery the order will be shipped when you make partial payment which includes cash on delivery charges and shipping charges which is not refundable (our Order Team will call you for that).
• If you need GST Input, you must enter your GST details in the "Other Specific Instructions" section in the Cart before placing your order. If you do not do this, you will not receive GST Input. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Support immediately after placing your order and send them your GST details and your Order ID via WhatsApp.
• In case the product is out of stock then our Order Team will call you for confirmation, in which you will get the option of the reference product, refund or you can wait for the order till it comes in stock (this applies on cash on delivery and for prepaid both).
• Available back order items will be shipped to you later and you can even take a reference product if there is a long delay.
• The product you have ordered on back order will not be refunded, you will have to wait or can take reference product.
• Orders confirmed before 12 NOON might be dispatched and shipped on the same day(business days).
• Orders confirmed after 12 NOON might be dispatched and shipped the next day(business days)
• We only ship our products in INDIA.
• If the package of your order is damaged or torn, please refuse to accept it and contact us.
• Once the tracking is updated, no changes can be made, as tracking is updated after the product has been shipped.

REASONS FOR DELAY IN DELIVERY
• Product may not reach you due to a delay in courier service.
• Due to climatic changes product may take time to reach you.
• LOCKDOWN/CURFEW may become the reason for delay in delivery.
• If your location is far away from our office then you may face delay in delivery.
• Difficulty in finding Addresses, etc.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us if the shipment is not received within 12 working days from the date of order (whether prepaid or COD). If we do not receive any notification from the customer within this timeframe, we will not be held responsible for the shipment. Occasionally, the delivery partner may deliver the package to the wrong address, or there may be discrepancies in the product received. Therefore, we strongly advise customers to contact us immediately if the shipment is not delivered within 12 working days.
If we do not hear from the customer within 12 working  days, we will assume that the product has been safely delivered and accepted.
