• Drone experts will guide you in choosing drone parts.
• If you want to talk to our drone expert, you have to book a slot first.
• And after that customer support will contact you and tell you the time of your slot.
• You can talk to our drone expert through Instagram Call only, customer support will contact you within 24 hours after you make payment and customer support will provide you Instagram ID.
• If you don’t have an Instagram ID then you have to create a NEW Instagram ID, Or you can also use your family or friend’s Instagram ID.
•If you want to talk to our drone expert for 10 minutes, you will have to pay 100 rupees, you can even choose the duration on your own.
• 10 minutes will count from the moment our drone expert connects with you on the call.
• If your call gets disconnected while you are talking to our drone expert and the problem comes from our side then your call duration will be 10 minutes. Or if there is a problem from your side then 10 minutes will be counted from the start of the call.
• Our drone experts give there precious time to you in the form of consultation, they always think of your problem as their problem and try their best to provide you with a solution.
• Consult comes under services which is why it is paid.
• There will be no refund for consultation.
• You have to contact our customer support in under 24 hours if you miss your slot other your slot validity will be over.
