Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for SKY RC PRIVATE LIMITED, a leading company specializing in drone products and services. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will handle queries, provide order-related support, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers. In this role, you will assist customers with drone-related inquiries, resolve complaints regarding delayed deliveries or damaged products, and coordinate with internal teams to provide fast and efficient resolutions. You will also maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Customer Query Management:
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
Order Support:
- Assist customers in placing orders on the website.
- Provide updates on shipping, delivery status, and order tracking.
Complaint Resolution:
- Address issues related to delayed delivery, wrong products, or damaged items.
- Ensure claims (like refunds, returns, or replacements) are processed as per company policy.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer satisfaction and query resolution.
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with the operations, shipping, and technical teams for faster resolution of customer concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software Vyapar (training will be provided).
- Basic knowledge of order management systems like Shopify (training will be provided).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle irate customers.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Experience: 0-1 years in customer support or related roles. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary CTC Structure
Salary Range CTC: ₹72,000 per annum to ₹108,000 per annum.
Monthly Salary : ₹6,000 per annum (₹9,000/month).

Location: On-site in City Colony, Yahiya Nagar, Bye Pass Road, B. Polytechnic, Dhanbad, Jharkhand - 826001.
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays.
