Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer for SKY RC PRIVATE LIMITED, a leading company specializing in drone products and services. As a key collaborator, you will play a vital role in capturing high-quality video content for our YouTube channel, showcasing our innovative drone products and services. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and a proactive attitude. You will be responsible for shooting videos using the provided camera and gear, planning shots, and working closely with the content creator to bring ideas to life. This role requires a professional who can adapt to different shooting environments and contribute innovative ideas to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Operate the provided camera and equipment to shoot high-quality videos.
• Plan and execute creative shots to highlight the features and benefits of drone technologies.
• Set up and adjust lighting, angles, and framing for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Work closely with the content team to understand video requirements and align with the brand's vision.
• Brainstorm and suggest creative ideas for storytelling, drone demonstrations, and product features.
• Assist in directing video subjects and scenes to create engaging and professional content.
• Ensure proper focus, exposure, and audio quality during shoots.
• Handle any technical adjustments needed to maintain video quality, especially in varying conditions.
• Manage and adhere to shooting schedules effectively.
• Ensure the timely delivery of raw footage to the editing team.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance video content for YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Stay updated on videography trends and techniques to improve production quality.

Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Experience: Freshers with a passion for videography and basic camera knowledge are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in videography or related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Education: Minimum 10th pass, but certifications in videography, media production, or related fields are an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and other professional video equipment (training will be provided for beginners).
• Knowledge of framing, lighting, and sound techniques for high-quality video production.
• Familiarity with drone filming and aerial shots (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of video editing workflows to ensure seamless handoff of footage.

Creative and Soft Skills:

• Strong storytelling ability and creative vision for video content.
• Attention to detail and an eye for capturing visually engaging shots.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the content team.
• Problem-solving attitude to address on-site challenges during shooting.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to strict shooting schedules.
• Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Note: Freshers will be provided with guidance and on-the-job training to develop their skills.

Salary CTC Structure

Salary Range CTC: ₹72,000 per annum to ₹108,000 per annum.

Monthly Salary: ₹6,000 per annum (₹9,000/month).

Location: On-site in City Colony, Yahiya Nagar, Bye Pass Road, B. Polytechnic, Dhanbad, Jharkhand - 826001

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays.
