Job Title: Social Media Management Executive 

Job Summary :

 We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Management Executive for SKY RC PRIVATE LIMITED, a leading company specializing in drone products and services. In this role, you will serve as the digital voice of our brand by crafting engaging social media posts, writing informative blog content, and creating scripts for YouTube videos. Additionally, you will be responsible for adding accurate subtitles to these videos and regularly updating Google My Business photos. You will also respond promptly and professionally to audience comments and inquiries in both Hindi and English. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to stay current with the latest trends and best practices. By collaborating with internal teams, monitoring performance, and suggesting improvements, you will play a vital role in strengthening our online presence, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering a loyal community of customers and followers.

Responsibilities:

•    Create and share engaging posts on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube).
•    Write short, informative blog posts.
•    Write scripts for YouTube videos (training will be provided).
•    Add clear and accurate subtitles to YouTube videos.
•    Update Google My Business with new photos and posts.
•    Respond quickly and politely to comments, messages, and inquiries in Hindi and English.
•    Handle emails related to social media and customer inquiries.
•    Work with other teams to highlight products, share news, and tell customer stories.
•    Track performance and suggest improvements.
•    Stay updated on new trends and tools to keep social media fresh.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube).
• Basic understanding of SEO and social media tools.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong writing abilities in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to create engaging posts and blog content.
• Experience adding subtitles to videos.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyse performance metrics.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and best practices.

Monthly Salary: ₹6,000 per annum (₹9,000/month).

Location: On-site in City Colony, Yahiya Nagar, Bye Pass Road, B. Polytechnic, Dhanbad, Jharkhand - 826001.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays.
